Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brockville, an IHG Hotel

I woke a bit too late for breakfast, but the breakfast room was large enough to fit in a large number of guests and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and all of the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We were staying for an event (along with several other guests) that required us to be up before usual weekend breakfast time so they altered the start time to be earlier to accommodate us.

The staff was great, they made sure I had a crib for my toddler and also even let us check in slightly earlier so my guy could take a nap! The breakfast selection was amazing (staff was very helpful), the pool was a great addition for our stay. The room that we booked was good so it allowed for us to sleep on one side, while my little one had a separate space to sleep in (less disturbance).

Location was great. Receptionist was very helpful when encountering a problem with the booking. Breakfast was excellent (including hot coffee and a variety of hot and cold food) Breakfast attendant was very helpful and welcoming. Was convenient to be able to enter from outside door and use staircase instead of elevator.

Besides the few faults the 2 rooms we had were great and we stayed 2 nights .
